Refund policy

Return & Refunds Eligibility

Every product is hand inspected before packaging, but in the rare case that you receive a defective hijab, we will resolve the issue promptly. 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unworn, unused and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Due to hygiene reasons, worn or used items cannot be returned. LG Active reserves the right to reject any returns or refunds with visible signs of wear. 

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. 

Final Sale Items
Sale items or promotional purchases may be final sale and not eligible for return.
